How long do you plan to stay in your home?
What do you like about the location of your home?
Are you concerned about resale value?
How do you want your home to feel when you walk in the door? Calm? Energetic? Busy? Creative? Quiet?
About The Residents
Please provide the names and ages of the members of your household.
Do they have specific needs for space, work, or study?
Do you anticipate changes for any household size in the next few years?
How much time does each family member spend at home?
Do you have or anticipate having a member of the family having physical limitations or needing mobility aids?
